Application
It refers to an instrument that USES elastic components as sensors, and measures and indicates pressure above the environment. It is widely used in almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. Heat pipe network, oil and gas transmission, water supply and gas system, vehicle maintenance plant and other areas can be seen everywhere. Especially in the process of industrial process control and technical measurement, mechanical pressure gauges are more and more widely used because of their high mechanical strength and convenient production.
Operating Principle
The pressure gauge is transmitted to the pointer through the elastic deformation of the sensing elements (bourdon tube, film box and corrugated tube) in the meter, and causes the pointer to rotate to show the pressure
Main Steucture
Overflow hole: in case of emergency when borden tube bursts,the internal pressure will be released to the outside through the overflow hole to prevent the glass panel from bursting.
Note: to maintain the normal performance of overflow holes, at least 10mm of space should be left behind the table.
Pointer: other Pointers are optional besides standard Pointers.
Glass panel: in addition to standard glass, other special material glass, such as reinforced glass, non-reflective glass is also optional.
Performance classification: ordinary type (standard), ordinary type (M) for steam use, heat-resistant type (H), vibration-resistant type (V), and vibration-resistant type (MV) for steam use.
Treatment: oil/water ban treatment removes any water or oil remaining in the receiving part during manufacture.The shell color shall be indicated in addition to the standard color.
Throttle valve (optional) : to reduce pulsating pressure, the throttle valve is installed at the pressure inlet.
